This page explains how to delete the data you have created in Rabbit Forge Lite (Google Play app by Haptic Rabbit Applications (PTY) Ltd, Pretoria, South Africa). You can delete some or all of your data without deleting your account, or request full account deletion.

Option 1: Delete data inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Rabbit Forge Lite and go to the Company tab (Company Setup).

2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Reset Data.

3. Tick what you want deleted: Customers, Quotes, Invoices, Company details (or Select all).

4. Type DELETE in capital letters to confirm.

5. Tap Delete Selected.

The selected data is erased from your device immediately. If you are signed in, the same data is also permanently erased from our cloud database (Supabase) at the same time. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, or want your account itself removed, email us at info@hapticapps.co.za from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my Rabbit Forge Lite data". Tell us whether you want all data and the account deleted, or only certain data (customers, quotes, invoices, company details).

We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Customers, quotes, invoices, company details and logo you entered
Deleted from your device and from our cloud database when you use Reset Data (signed in) or on request

Account (email address and login)
Deleted on request within 30 days (Option 2)

Ad credits and settings stored on your device
Removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage

Backups of the cloud database
Removed on our normal backup rotation, no later than 30 days after deletion

Google Play purchase records ("Remove Ads")
Held by Google Play under Google's own policies. We do not hold payment details.

Advertising data (Google AdMob)
Collected and managed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not keep any copy of your customer, quote or invoice data after deletion, except in backups for the period stated above.

Using Rabbit Forge Lite without an account

If you only used the app on "this device only", your data never left your phone. Use Reset Data in the app or simply uninstall the app to remove it.
